Scott M. Clements is OneSpan’s Chief Executive Officer and President. Scott has extensive leadership experience in security and technology businesses, developing transformational strategies that leverage technology innovations to build on competitive assets. Before OneSpan, Scott spent 11 years at Tyco International as President of Tyco’s global $1B Retail Solutions business unit, as well as Tyco's Chief Technology Officer working to accelerate innovation, and as Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development, focused on technology acquisitions.

Prior to Tyco, Scott spent a decade at Honeywell International in financial, operational, and investor relations roles in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. Scott received a BS in chemical engineering and advanced process control from The Ohio State University and an MBA in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He also completed an Executive Leadership Development program through the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, and is a Board Leadership Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors.
