Acting Director for Identity and Access Management
Dorin began her Postal Service career in 2015 as a consultant supporting Global Business and transitioned to a postal employee in 2018. As a member of the Global Business team, she served as Program Manager on international business development and compliance initiatives, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) assessment. In 2019, Dorin joined the Corporate Information Security Office where she served as the Manager of Enterprise Cyber Risk Management with a focus on identifying, assessing, and managing cyber risk.
As the Acting Director for Identity and Access Management, Dorin is responsible for building and growing our identity and access management programs for over 600,000 employees and over 80 million customer accounts. The role orchestrates the complex set of processes and technical controls to allow our employees and customers to access the Postal Service’s computing resources. She also leads investments to identity proof customers for access to Informed Delivery and other postal products and services and new projects to support business growth.
Dorin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, Master’s degree of Public Policy from George Mason University, and a certification in International Business Management from Georgetown University. She is also certified as a Project Management Professional as well as an Information Privacy Professional for Europe.
